SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
June 15, 2015
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority in the City Hall Auditorium on Monday, June 15, 2015.
Those in attendance included City Councilors Paul Samele and Drake Waldron. City Councilor Christopher Anderson was absent.
The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m.
Project #143-363
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a $62.00 increase to project #143-363 and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Add to Agenda
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously to add to the agenda.
Subordination
On a motion by Councilor Samele, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee voted unanimously
to approve the subordination of the Small Cities Loan for 120 Northside Drive and to make a favorable recommendation to City Council.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:26 p.m.
